Deep Dive Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation that helps quiet the mind to access and release unprocessed energy and emotions in the body.

How you breathe is how you live:

By using the power of your breath you can create sustainable shifts within your inner and outer world.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A ONE-TO-ONE SESSION πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

In these single sessions, I’ll guide you through an extended 90-minute Breathwork practice to help you:

  • move stuck emotions and process unresolved emotional pain

  • release limiting beliefs

  • recharge your creativity

  • open your heart and connect you to the wisdom you already have inside you

  • calm your nervous system and let go of charged stress energy lodged in your body

A typical 1-on-1 Breathwork session begins with a conversation about where you're feeling stuck, what you want to get clear on, or what you want to let go of.

From there, I'll teach you a simple breathing technique which you'll practice while I guide you on your healing journey alongside a powerful music set.

It’s for beginner and experienced breathers alike.

Right now all sessions are done virtually, from the comfort of your home.
