When you enroll in this course, you’ll get instant, lifetime access to all course content so you can follow along at your own pace and come back whenever you want to refresh your knowledge.

The main guided practices are between 12 and 18 minutes. If you don’t have much time, you can substitute them with one of the short 5-minute guided practices.
However, the more time you practice, the quicker you will see results. I recommend at least 10-20 minutes per day to boost your resilience over time.
If you are struggling with a lot of nervous system dysregulation and dysfunctional breathing, I highly recommend you practice twice a day.

Most of the practices are slower, balancing or parasympathetic in nature. Only some include a more activating breathing technique, but they are gentle and always balanced out with a down-regulating practice after.
The goal of this course is to help you regulate your nervous system and improve your CO2 tolerance, and thus we borrow a lot of practices from the Buteyko method and Oxygen Advantage.
Note: When practiced too regularly, activating practices cause more dysregulation in the nervous system and in breathing patterns (eg. Wim Hof). We only use them sparingly and with clear intention.

Structured conscious breathing has been scientifically validated by published research. Many people start benefiting immediately after their first breathing session — as marked by quantitative measures like lowered blood pressure and increases in heart rate variability and qualitative measures like feeling a sense of calm and clarity. Yet, like any skill the health benefits improve with practice.

Some of the practices are safe during pregnancy, while some are not. Make sure you look out for contraindications in the course as I marked the ones not safe during pregnancy.
