6 Sessions

Using Somatic Experiencing©️ to guide you into tuning into your body to get to the root of your trauma, emotional or mindset problems, chronic pain, patterns, thoughts or any area you feels stuck. You will learn to feel your emotions and learn the language of your body.

RELATIONSHIP & ATTACHMENT TRAUMA COACHING
10 Sessions

Through trauma-sensitive, depth-oriented therapeutic work, I support you in breaking free from limiting relationship patterns and create lasting, meaningful change. For singles, couples and partners in unfulfilling relationships.
